Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

At 3Dinnovation, we are dedicated to quickly crafting, packaging, and shipping your personalized crystal to ensure swift delivery. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us immediately by emailing info@3dinnovation.com and including the reasons for your cancellation.

If your order is already in progress when we receive your cancellation request, we will do our best to accommodate it. However, a 20% customization fee will be applied to cover the work completed.

Product Returns

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the confirmed delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer an exchange or refund.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be returned to us within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Include a brief note explaining the reason for the return, along with your order details.
  • Items must be repackaged in their original box.
  • This policy applies to both individual customers and retailers.
  • A 20% customization fee will be applied for custom crystals.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds 

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please double-check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Sale Items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges 

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at info@3dinnovation.com and send your item to 3Dinnovation, 3891 Commerce Parkway, Miramar, Florida 33025, United States.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, we will send you a gift certificate.

If the gift wasn't marked as such during purchase, or the gift-giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift-giver, and they will be notified of the return.

Shipping

To return your product, please mail it to 3Dinnovation, 3891 Commerce Parkway, Miramar, Florida 33025, United States.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Shipping times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
